The regulations define the operating principles of visual monitoring system of Autostrada Eksploatacja SA, camera installation points, information recording and saving rules and methods of making information available and secure.

§ 1

The purpose of monitoring is to:

1. Increase safety of persons operating the motorway,

2. Increase security of property.

§ 2

1. Monitoring operates 24/24.

2. Only image (no sound) is recorded from monitoring system cameras and saved on a physical carrier.

§ 3

1. The visual monitoring system of Autostrada Eksploatacja SA is composed of the cameras situated in:

   1. Interior of buildings and the area surrounding the Operator’s place of business,

   2. Interior of buildings and the area surrounding OMC,

   3. OMC open spaces,

   4. Entry gates to OMC.

2. Contracting parties and persons visiting specific locations of Autostrada Eksploatacja SA have been informed about the monitoring system operation in the company by way of:

3. these Regulations put on the Website www.aesa.pl

4. camera symbol pictogram on entry gates to the Operation and Maintenance Centres.

§ 4

1. The data registered in monitoring are kept on servers located in the rooms accessible only to duly authorised persons holding appropriate authorisations and familiar with environmental protection regulations.

2. Recorded image may be made available to competent bodies (Police, Prosecutor, Court etc.) performing their statutory tasks. The data are made available to the a/m bodies upon a written request in connection with the proceedings in course.

3. Recordings are stored for 30 days. The extension of such period is possible only upon the request of the authorised body to secure the recorded image in connection with the activities being performed.

§ 5

1. The data coming from recordings and enabling the identification of the person, registered and stored, are considered to be personal data.

2. Personal data coming from visual monitoring are processed in compliance with the binding regulations.
