Since 1980, Mr. Tomasz Mikołajczak is a private investor who conducts his activities mainly through the holding company Capital Investment Society (Towarzystwo Inwestycji Kapitałowych) S.A. With its help, he makes short- and medium-term private equity investments. He mainly invests in the real estate, Information and Communication Technologies, building and industrial automation industries as well as companies dealing with infrastructure design and construction, and he is active on the capital and financial instruments market. Since the beginning of his activity, he has completed several privatization processes.
As a strategic investor, he also participated in acquisitions of many companies and in their restructuring processes. An educator and promoter of many young entrepreneurs successfully operating in various areas of Polish business.
Mr. Tomasz Mikołajczak has been an active member of the Polish Business Council for over 25 years.

In 1995, she obtained the title of engineer of the Ecole Nationale des Mines de Nancy (State University of of Mining) in France and began her career in the Egis group as a road construction engineer. Then, as a property management specialist, she dealt with both the development support projects in the former USSR and the management of entrusted infrastructures. In 2006 she joined the Egis Road Operation: first as the O & M director for highway construction as part of a public law partnership (PLP) in Europe and the United Arab Emirates, and then as development director. At that time, she contributed to the acquisition of operating companies in Ireland.In 2012, she took the position of Director of Operations responsible for supervising O & M branches. She also joined the supervisory boards of several of these branches in Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Turkey and Hungary, and supervised the implementation of new projects in Turkey. In September 2017 she was appointed Managing Director of Egis Road Operation with full responsibility for supervision over O & M Egis road branches (2,500 km, 25 O & M branches, 6,000 employees) and administration of the Association of French Motorway Companies (ASFA). On 30 October 20172she joined the AESA Supervisory Board with – as she admits - the greatest pleasure.

He graduated in engineering in the field of civil engineering. Since 1988, he has been associated with Strabag AG (formerly Strabag Austria AG, Linz). He participated in projects aimed at supplying water and health treatment in Gambia ("Greater Banjul Urban Water Supply") and Ghana. In 1997-1999 he managed the project and prepared financing for the 140 km section of A2 motorway in Poland. As the managing director in 2000-2006 he was responsible, among others, for the project of implementation and operation of A2 motorway, extension of A4 and A1 motorways and Segment II of A2 motorway in Poland. He also took part in projects in Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Turkey. Since 2007 he has been a member of the Strabag AG Management Board. Member of the Supervisory Board of AWSA and AWSA II. He has been a member of the AESA Supervisory Board since the company was founded, namely October 2000.

CEO of Egis Road Operation SAS
In 1994, he graduated from the Ecoles Spéciales des Travaux Publics de Paris (Civil Engineering) and completed in 1998 a general administration Master at the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises. He started his career in 1994 in Hungary within a local construction companies, Hidépitö, part of the Vinci group. He then contributed, from 2000 to 2002, to the development of a stratup named Constructeo.com which aimed at delivering web based services to the construction industry (Contractors, architects, owners). He joined the Egis Group in 2002, with a series of diversified horizons, starting with development of projects from Paris, then the management from 2004 onward as General Manager of an O&M Company in Portugal, from where he travelled to India in 2008 to start developing road PPPs and O&M activities as CEO of Egis Infrastructure Management India (which notably operated the largest toll plaza in Asia). He returned to Paris in 2012 as Development Director for Egis Road Operation, and was nominated CEO of Egis Road Operation SAS in 2017.

A graduate in economics of foreign trade and doctoral studies at the Poznań University of Economics and Business. After graduation he worked in the Management Board of the Poznań International Fair in Poznań. In the years 1976-1982 he was a lecturer at the Faculty of Tourism and Recreation of the Poznań University of Physical Education. From 1997 to 2004 he was the President of the Management Board of BZWBK Nieruchomości S.A. in Poznań. Member of the Supervisory Board at Intergroclin S.A. in Grodzisk, in the years 2004-2013 as an independent member. On behalf of The State Treasury, he sat on the Supervisory Boards of Beiersdorf S.A. and Elektromontaż Poznań S.A. Former and current member of Supervisory Boards of Ciech: Ciech Soda, Ciech Pianki, Ciech Cargo and Ciech Trading. From 2015 a member of the Supervisory Board of Laboprint S.A. in Poznan. From May 2019, a member of the Supervisory Board of Autostrada Eksploatacja S.A.
