He is a graduate in economics, cybernetics and computer science at the University of Szczecin. He also holds the MBA title of Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees in Paris.An experienced manager, strategist, financial director and member of management boards in international companies. He has been working for Kulczyk Investments and Kulczyk Holding since 2012. From 2010, he was the financial director of KPI Polska Group and member of the board and financial director at Magro International – companies belonging to Kulczyk Holding and Pon Holding. For almost 20 years, since the beginning of the company's operations in Poland, he was associated with the Wavin Group, in which he went through the full career path. He started as an IT specialist at Wavin Metalplast-Buk in 1991, then he worked as a financial controller and then as a financial director in Poland and in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. Finally, as managing director in 2007-2010, he was responsible for the business of Wavin Ekoplastik s.r.o. in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He is a member of the AESA Supervisory Board (since December 2013), and since November 2017 he has also been the Chairman of the AESA Supervisory Board.

Managing Director of Egis Road Operation
In 1995, she obtained the title of engineer of the Ecole Nationale des Mines de Nancy (State University of of Mining) in France and began her career in the Egis group as a road construction engineer. Then, as a property management specialist, she dealt with both the development support projects in the former USSR and the management of entrusted infrastructures. In 2006 she joined the Egis Road Operation: first as the O & M director for highway construction as part of a public law partnership (PLP) in Europe and the United Arab Emirates, and then as development director. At that time, she contributed to the acquisition of operating companies in Ireland.In 2012, she took the position of Director of Operations responsible for supervising O & M branches. She also joined the supervisory boards of several of these branches in Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Turkey and Hungary, and supervised the implementation of new projects in Turkey. In September 2017 she was appointed Managing Director of Egis Road Operation with full responsibility for supervision over O & M Egis road branches (2,500 km, 25 O & M branches, 6,000 employees) and administration of the Association of French Motorway Companies (ASFA). On 30 October 20172she joined the AESA Supervisory Board with – as she admits - the greatest pleasure.

He graduated in engineering in the field of civil engineering. Since 1988, he has been associated with Strabag AG (formerly Strabag Austria AG, Linz). He participated in projects aimed at supplying water and health treatment in Gambia ("Greater Banjul Urban Water Supply") and Ghana. In 1997-1999 he managed the project and prepared financing for the 140 km section of A2 motorway in Poland. As the managing director in 2000-2006 he was responsible, among others, for the project of implementation and operation of A2 motorway, extension of A4 and A1 motorways and Segment II of A2 motorway in Poland. He also took part in projects in Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Turkey. Since 2007 he has been a member of the Strabag AG Management Board. Member of the Supervisory Board of AWSA and AWSA II. He has been a member of the AESA Supervisory Board since the company was founded, namely October 2000.

Graduated from HEI Lille (Engineer High School) he started his carrier in the electricity production plants in North of France. In the Toll Motorway Operation business since 1990, he operated the A6 motorway in Mâcon region (France). He joined Egis (Transroute International at this time) in 2001 and started from scratch the operation of the A2 motorway in AESA first as General Manager and then as President of the Management Board. After 3 years he moved to Croatia as General Manager of another Egis subsidiary (Egis Road Operation Croatia) and operated the Zagreb – Macelj Motorway. Since 2010 he is sharing his time between Croatia and Poland as President of the Management Board of VIA4 SA operating the A4 motorway between Katowice and Krakow.
He joined AESA Supervisory board as a Member in April 2018.

Attorney with over 20 years of experience in private practice, as well as in public service. Before joining the Kulczyk group in January 2013, he was the managing partner of the Warsaw office of T. Studnicki K. Płeszka Z. Ćwiąkalski J. Górski law firm. In the years 2007-2009 he was the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Justice. Previously, he was a partner at Dewey Ballantine law firm. During his legal career he participated in the largest M & A transactions in the food, energy and mining sectors. As an external consultant, he participated in numerous transactions of the Kulczyk Group, including as part of creating Kompania Piwowarska, selling TUiR Warta shares, selling shares in automotive companies and selling shares of SABMiller plc. He has been a member of the AESA Supervisory Board since October 2017.
