His path career includes long term work in banking and business development in Belgium and Luxemburg, and several years’ work for environmental protection in France, Luxembourg and Poland. He has over 10 years’ work experience in working in infrastructure for Egis group. President of the Management Board of Egis Projects Polska. Member of the Supervisory Board of AESA from April 2008 to April 2018.
Przemysław Okoński
Holder of the commercial power of attorney, Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Accountant of the Company, has worked with Autostrada Eksploatacja SA since 2002. Reponsible for finance, insurance and procurement in the company. Currently Autostrada Eksploatacja SA Human Resources and Administration Director,Started from the position of human resources specialist. Since 2015 has managed the department responsible for recruiting employees, creating employee evaluation programs, preparing training programs and providing advisory services to managerial staff in matters related to human resources management. Graduated from the School of Banking and Management in Poznań, faculty of Human Resources Management. Before joining Autostrada Eksploatacja SA employed in the position of human resources specialist in Pepsi Cola General Bottles Sp. z o.o.
Włodzimierz Matczak
Currently the Operation and Maintenance Director in Autostrada Eksploatacja SA, has been employed since September 2002, and started in the position of the manager of the Operation and Maintenance Centre. Responsible for the maintenance and operation of A2 section from Konin to Nowy Tomyśl. Graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of the Poznań Technical University in the scope of motorway construction and operation.
Arkadiusz Chudziński
Toll Collection Director, responsible for correct operation of Toll Plazas in Autostrada Eksploatacja SA. In 2002, prior to commencing the work for the company, he was responsible for cash desk sector in Auchan Polska, and also worked in banking. Graduated from the Business Economics and Management Department at the Szczecin University, specialised in enterprise management. Also holds the diploma of the Szczecin University in co-operation with Manchester Metropolitan University.
Renata Rychlewska
PR and Compliance Director, spokesperson, in Autostrada Eksploatacja SA since 2003. Responsible for internal and external PR, contacts with mass media and CSR. Graduated from the faculty of journalism at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and completed the Public Relations Studies in the School of Banking and Management. Before joining Autostrada Eksploatacja SA employed as PR specialist in Nestle Polska SA and the editor in the Poznań branch of the Polish TV.
Arkadiusz Sitek
IT manager responsible for the operation of the IT Department and Telecommunication Department. Started in Autostrada Eksploatacja SA in 2003 as the administrator of IT systems. Graduated from the electrical engineering faculty of the Poznań University of Technology, electronic and telecommunication department, specialised in Telecommunication Systems. Holds the Microsoft engineer, Cisco CCNA, ITIL and AgilePM certificates. Before joining Autostrada Eksploatacja SA worked for a company producing software for large supermarkets.
Marcin Bartosik
Technical Director, responsible for the electronic and electrotechnical systems in the Company. A graduate of the Telecommunications Networks major in Electronics and Telecommunications at the Poznan University of Technology. He joined Autostrada Eksploatacja S.A. in 2003 after 2.5 years of work at Alcatel Polska S.A. in Warsaw, where he taken part in launching teletransmission networks for leading telecommunications operators. Previously he worked in Autostrada Eksploatacja S.A. as the Telecommunications Manager and then as the deputy head of the IT and Telecommunications Department. He has got project management certificates with Prince2 methodology and AgilePM Foundation.
Tomasz Jankowski
Quality and Internal Control Manager, in Autostrada Eksploatacja S.A. since 2010. Responsible for the implementation and certification of the quality management system and the operation of the Internal Audit department, also including the preparation of reports for the Concessionaire, inspections and audits of Toll Plazas and internal control of selected economic processes. Graduated from the faculty of economics at the Higher School of Commerce and Law in Warsaw. In 2016 obtained the Canadian Executive MBA diploma of the Warsaw School of Economics and the ESG University of Quebec at Montreal.
